accessible products

When a person with a disability visits their local medical equipment dealer's website or showroom, they are limited to the products the dealer has in their inventory or has a contract with. There are thousands of other products available to people with disabilities. They just don’t know about them. The mission of Accessible Products is to show people with disabilities a variety of products they may not be familiar with, and where to locate and learn more about them.  Our aim is to educate people with disabilities about a wide selection of products and services that will help them live life to the fullest.

We do not endorse any products. We simply educate, make you aware of, and help you locate products that are out there.

Accessible Products is founded by Jeff Leonard, who has over 30 years experience providing product information for wheelchair users.  Jeff is the previous owner of New Mobility Magazine, Disability Product Postcards,  and The Complete Product Guide for People with Disabilities. He has also published several books for people with mobility disabilities including: Spinal Network: the Total Wheelchair Resource Book,  Kids on Wheels, Enabling Romance and From There to Here.
